Panel 92: African Migration to Europe (Robert McKenzie / Alessandro Triulzi)

Panel Organisers: Robert McKenzie / Alessandro Triulzi

At great personal risk, an increasing number of Africans are making extraordinary journeys over land and water to reach Europe. Despite the significant amount of attention that immigration receives in the European public sphere, little is known about the lives of these Africans before, during, and after their “migratory projects” to Europe. This panel aims to explore the different phases of these “migratory projects.”
