Panel 119: The impact of 'Space' on Culture and Politics in Southern Africa (Monika Reif-Huelser)

Panel Organiser: Monika Reif-Huelser

We invite papers dealing with
a) "Land Acts" in South African and/or Zimbabwe and their consequences for politics of 'race';
b) the social dialectics between urban and rural space
c) Space, Land, Home and the question of  'Recognition'
It would be very fruitful to approach these issues from different angles such as literature, politics, and ethics.
