Panel 122: Reviewing the African frontier: XXI century new and old 'citizenries' (Albert Roca)

Panel Organiser: Albert Roca

The panel proposes an open discussion of the African frontier concept as a ‘place’ where political creation is alive, where African identities and social links are generating new ways of political action and representation that may coexist and even influence the democratic patterns rather than merely perverting them or being absorbed by them.
