Since the end of the 1990s, at the same time that most post-colonial African states were experiencing an acute crisis, there has been an increasing revival of the traditional authorities on the public scene of post colonial African societies. Among them we find those being a divine kingship. Their step forward on public scene go along with the redefinition of new political spaces.
