Panel 66: Locating and re-locating the poor: spatial dimensions of economic interaction (Robert Kappel)

Panel Organiser: Robert Kappel

This panel addresses the dynamics of economic and social interaction across geographic and social spaces. It is particularly interested in micro-perspectives on linkages between households, firms and markets along the rural-urban continuum and within local networks; and in contributions on poor livelihoods and innovative coping strategies within the local context. It invites papers which provide detailed analysis of current situations and efforts to push the boundaries of action.
